MNT-Halan has completed a 20% stake offering on the Egyptian Exchange for $144.2 million (EGP 7.84 billion), priced at $0.45 (EGP 24.50) per share, according to a statement Tuesday from EFG Hermes, the offering’s international coordinator and bookrunner.
