Dutch health authorities have warned people not to buy French condom brands online that have been recalled because of concerns that they tear too easily. The French government ordered a recall of seven million prophylactics sold under 10 different brand names across the EU. The ultra-thin products were manufactured in Malaysia by Richter Robber Technology, but French authorities found discrepancies in the quality and thickness of the latex, breaching safety regulations.
