Channel 4 has axed Married at First Sight UK as a result of its external review. A press release from the broadcaster reveals that the series will not be returning to the station, with the show's budget now to be reinvested into new programming. In May, BBC's Panorama released an episode in which two former contestants alleged that they had been raped, while a third claimed they were sexually assaulted on the show - claims that were denied by the men involved.
