Türkiye’s state-owned Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) has agreed to acquire a 15 percent stake in BP Energy Company of Kirkuk Limited, joining BP and ConocoPhillips in the redevelopment of several major oil and gas fields in northern Iraq.
