Kommersant: Only one-third of mobile internet traffic in central Russia was unrestricted. Nearly 90% in border regions went through ‘whitelists.’
An average of just 30.5% of user sessions on mobile networks in Russia’s Central Federal District were unrestricted in July 2026, according to a study by Vigo, a developer of network monitoring and management tools, cited by the Russian business daily Kommersant.
