Deputy Foreign Minister Musa Kulaklıkaya will chair an extraordinary meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Jeddah on Aug. 27, with the Palestinian issue expected to top the agenda, Turkish diplomatic sources have said.
