The General Directorate of Education in the border areas of the Kurdistan Region is calling for the provision of winter fuel supplies before the onset of the cold season, even though some schools still have fuel from the previous year. Wajih Saeed, the director of education in Amadi, stated in an interview with Kurdistan24 that 153 schools are in need of fuel.
