The Russian Foreign Ministry welcomed the complete withdrawal of the forces of the international coalition from Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, stating that Iraqi security forces are fully capable of independently confronting the remnants of ISIS and protecting their territory, following the 23-year presence of the United States.
